I live in Tucson, Arizona, and there is a store chain here that is so well known for their fabulous restrooms, people actually make a special effort to go to them if they are in the area and need to "go". Bookman's used book stores have made their restrooms look like they belong in an Italian palace, with marble counters, gilt-framed mirrors and pictures, big changing tables, nice wooden stall doors, and a generally regal appearance - ALWAYS neat and clean. They have been doing that for several years (before your book came out), and I'm sure it has paid off for them many times over. Thanks for spreading the word, though - it's about time someone did!

My husband runs automobile dealerships and I can not tell you how important it is to have a clean, diaper changing friendly restroom for both women & men. We have hired a person at our Honda franchise just to monitor the restroom, coffee area, and kids area from 7am to 3pm to keep them looking & smelling great. Our customers often tell us how much they appreciate it.
