Radio host Spencer Howson was impressed and pleased by an electronics store that graciously allowed his young son to use their bathroom. His son had to go, and Spencer wasn't finished shopping. It was a no-frills loo, obviously intended only for employees, but the staff's immediate willingness to share their facilities, however modest, made an impact. Undoubtedly, the rest of the public would be similarly grateful in the same situation. Opening the restroom door is a great way for any business to generate goodwill and build loyalty.
